Range Day with The Liberty Belles

Range Days are held at the Silver Creek Conservation Club in Sellersburg, Indiana. (10801 State Rd. 60, Sellersburg, IN 47172)

There is no cost for range day and you are welcome to bring a guest (male or female) to shoot. EXPERIENCE IS NOT NEEDED – We have shooters from beginner (little/no experience) to more advanced shooters. You do not need a firearm to participate – if you are new to shooting, we have several ladies that are willing to let you borrow their firearm. You would only be expected to reimburse for the cost of ammo.

The following are suggested items to bring to range day: (if you have them, if not, that is fine, we can help you with what you do have) Bring your firearm(s), ammo, ear protection, eye protection, a NON-CLOTH holster – outside the waist – preferred to be a paddle style holster - (please email me if you need more clarification on this).

Also, for clothing, we will be outside. We normally shoot unless there is lightening/tornado threat or heavy rains – cancellations will be sent via email and Facebook usually by the Thursday before. Please dress accordingly – preferred: long pants, a shirt w/a higher collar (prefer not v-necks or tank tops – hot brass can easily go down your shirt), NO open toed shoes (prefer boots or athletic shoes).

Also, good items to bring are water, sunblock, bug spray and lip balm. Also, the range does not have plumbing, so we do have port-a-potties on site. There is NO cost for range day and you do not have to be a member of Silver Creek Conservation Club to shoot. Also, starting in March 2016, we will have a weeknight shoot as well at Silver Creek Conservation Club. It will be the third Tues of the month from 6:15 pm – dusk. This Tuesday night Range Day is for members only. The Saturday Range Day is open to first time visitors. Visitors may have one or two visits before deciding to join.

SCCC is a COLD range, so you should arrive to the range with an unloaded firearm as well as unloaded magazines (for semi-automatics).
